Nicola is such a warm and friendly therapist who you automatically feel at ease with when entering Finchwood salon. She is very knowledgeable, recommending products/treatments without the hard sell. I first met Nicola when I visited the salon she was working in around 4years ago and have followed her to this beautiful and tranquil salon just outside Ashford. After having a professional skin consultation with Nicola I started having regular dermaplanning facials. My skin looks and feels amazing and I really do believe it is due to these facials. Nicky and her clinic are a joy!  Finchwood is certainly not my nearest aesthetic clinic but the extra miles are more than worth it. Nicola is incredible, I was advised to reach out to Nicola which I did virtually during lockdown, I suffered from severe acne and it had massively affected my confidence and I hated applying makeup because I knew I was doing it for all the wrong reasons. She got me onto Alumier and let's just say I've never looked back. She completely transformed my skin even with the facials I've had from her (I'd go every week if my husband allowed it), but she has a wealth of knowledge of all things skin and making sure you get the most out of your appointment.
